WHERE DID THE NAME BEARFOOT COME FROM?
The name came about as Polar Bears (Bearfoot) are seen as the ambassadors for climate change.
Unfortunately the change and threat of life that the polar bears are facing due to the effects of climate change is just the “tip of the ice-berg” and they now feature on the endangered species list.
What upsets me the most though is that these endangered species did nothing to deserve the threat they are facing, but instead it is us humans that have contributed to the cause and now we have to take that step to make the change and start reversing what we have done.
