Standard delivery
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Most parcels under 3kgs are sent by Australia Post, anything over 3kgs may be sent by a courier company.
We offer both standard delivery and express post delivery on items under 3kg's and this can be selected at checkout.
Delivery of your goods can take between 2 to 8 working days depending on location, from the date it was dispatched from the Bearfoot office and the service delivery selected.
If you provide a street address and no-one is there when the parcel is delivered, you will receive a “calling card” notifying you to pick the parcel up at the listed post office after a certain time.
Delivery Costs
Once you have chosen your products for purchase and proceed to the checkout out area, the cost of delivery will be calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

At Bearfoot we strive to make everything we do with the least carbon footprint.
So in keeping with this statement we only send out goods in pre-used boxes or boxes made from 100% recyclable material. On some occasions we may send out orders in a Post Satchel Bag to save the customer on costs. Australia Post’s mailing products (including Express Post and Parcel Post bags) are made using 30% recyclable content.
Where necessary we use recycled bubble wrap to protect goods and as a filler we use biodegradable packing peanuts or pre-used paper/newspaper.
We ask that you to, please Re-use or Recycle the packaging materials you received with your order.
